Applications
Tested in the condition it leaves your line.
IV bags are not prepared for the test. They arrive wet from the autoclave, sealed inside an over-wrap or divided into chambers. Our method is designed to read them as they are.

One method, many bags
Why the bag’s real condition matters.
Many leak tests were designed for rigid containers or for dry, unwrapped samples. Flexible bags behave differently, and their condition after filling and sterilisation can affect the result.
- The whole bag is tested, including seals and ports
- Gas and liquid leaks are both detected
- Condensation after autoclaving does not affect the reading
- Production rate and detection limit can be set for each format
