Services · Step 1
Your bags, tested in our laboratory.
A feasibility study shows how the method performs on your own product before any decision is made. Your QA team receives a written report it can review.

What to send
Real bags, including known defects.
The study is most useful when the samples match what leaves your line.
Bag formats
Each bag type and volume you want to test, filled and sealed as in production.
Good and defective samples
Intact bags plus bags with known defects, such as calibrated holes. Suggested quantities: to be confirmed per format.
Process details
Fill type, sterilisation, over-wrap and target line speed, so we test under the right conditions.
What happens
From samples to report.
Typical duration: to be confirmed by ASTRACEC.

What you receive
A report your QA team can use.
